Ordered an ice cream cake several days in advance. They put the wrong ice cream in and then blamed us because we didn't get the emails and texts that they never sent us which apparently said they were out of mint chocolate chip (how?) so were going to use cookies and cream instead.
I think if I want a refund I'll need to go to the corporate website and contact them directly, which I shouldn't need to do!

I just visited this Baskin Robbins looking to purchase myself a treat. As I walked in, I stopped to text my sister to see if she wanted anything. Before I could finish the text, the salesperson says, "What are you doing over there? Stealing my sugar?" Ma'am, keep your sugar and your ice cream. Bye!

i doordashed from here and all my of my orders were incorrect and wrong .My milkshake just taste like straight milk . when i called them , girl said ohkay well what you want me to do and claim she was going to get the manager but left me on hold for 15 minutes . i will never doordashed for here again .
