        I shouldve read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered via their app to be delivered by DoorDash to make a long story short, after three hours of delays, Wendys canceled the order. It was so late that I couldnt order any other fast food. Fortunately, I was still able to order a pizza from Papa Johns.

        Worst Wendy's ever!!@ Service was always slow ,food incorrect then they had the nerve they had a grand reopening after a minor renovation. Posted that the 1st 100 people in line before 10:30 will receive free food for a year turns out the false advertised as well because they gave out the tickets well before 10:00 until everybody who lived in the area that was still in line they were no longer allowed to wait to get the free food because we didnt have a ticket. You would think if you put the advertisement on the radio that they would know that more than 100 people will show up from all over the Baltimore County and City region but the ones who actually live in Essex were not able to participate.

        Why sell baked potatoes when you never have them? Remove them from the menu or cook them like you should. Everytime, "we are out" or "none are made and it will be a wait"

        There was literally 6 people in line for around 20 minutes with nobody moving at all. We left but when pulling around we saw absolutely no car was at the window, so what the hell was taking so long?
