The first time I went there there were no napkins. I went upfront and I told the girl who told her manager who was talking on the phone. He looked at me as if I was somebody he didnt care to wait on. He had handed me my food later in instead of addressing me as sir he said hey you or something along those lines get your food.I went at sat down after 5 minuted i asked her again and she said my manager is going to go get some which he never did he talked on the phone the entire time. I had to wipe my hands on the table in my pants. In my opinion he was clearly prejudice. He never apologized or egg knowledge to me whatsoever after that point. I complained of the company about it and somebody called me on the phone. I told him about how the manager talked on the phone the entire time and he said, oh yeah, thats a problem were trying to get him to fix. I was shocked. I told him I cant believe you would even keep somebody on as a manager if they were doing something like that. A manager does not talk on his cell phone while he serving food. In fact no employees should ever be talking on a cell phone while theyre doing their job. He should be fired immediately. I was sent some free coupons. I went back to that same restaurant which is kind of dreary and never seems quite clean. Once again there were no napkins in the napkin holder. It look like the napkin holder have been removed long ago and never replaced. Restaurants usually at least put napkins in the bag and they did not either time. So I went up there again and they looked at me as if I was being a problem and grabbed a handful of towels that look like the kind they used at the gas pumps at 7-Eleven and handed them to me. This restaurant is horribly run managed and operated. I love the food but one of the most pathetic fast food restaurants Ive ever had the displeasure to eat at.
