Do not book airbnbs or properties from these people. They will do anything to keep your money and will stop communicating with you.
I booked an airbnb with Kathy. Immediately (as in hours!) after booking me and my daughter came down with the flu. At that time one of my friends I was going on my trip with informed me she had a family emergency and no longer could go. While I understood the 48 cancellation window, I had missed it due to being so sick. I asked Kathy to please be kind and to please help me out. She would not and told me to cancel. Kathy informed me that if I cancelled someone else would likely book it and i would get a refund.
Someone else did book, a few days ago, and she refused to respond to my requests for a refund. I ended up needing to contact airbnb and they had to contact her. She then refused to give me a full refund. I NEVER would have cancelled this if I didn't think my refund would have been in full. I would have figured out another way to go. Do NOT book an airbnb by this company, they have no moral compass.
