We started working with Bridgette, at the end of October 2023, to locate a new home, with our desired features. Thanks to Bridgette, within 2 days, we found what we wanted and even more than we had specified. But, we only had 20 days to procure a contract on selling our existing home, since we were using the funds to purchase the new home. I was skeptical this short window would succeed. Bridgette was on top of every detail we needed to hit, to prepare to sell. After 2 days on MLS, we had an offer and contract, but in the last day before being a solid contract, the buyer backed out. That left just a few days more to sell the home. Our existing house was available again for showing and immediately a new buyer materialized and a new contract was written. Bottomline, Bridgette was able to help secure the financing for the buyers and the contract was signed by all parties. Then we had a short window to prepare for selling and moving ... again, Bridgette was there every step of the way, following up on ever loose end and detail which was needed to complete the sale, move and then close on the new home ... all on the same day. If I could give Bridgette 10 stars I would. Her experience, knowledge, timeliness, follow through, communications, dedication, contacts, professionalism, get it done approach and just plain wonderful human are why. I have worked with many brokers and Bridgette out shines them all. We closed on the sale of our home, the close of our new home, and moved into it all on the same day. That is a special feat to accomplish and Bridgette made it happen. This all happened between two major holidays. I can go on and on but I think you get the point. I highly recommend her! And kudos to her new partnership with John Hatcher. An amazing team.

The Bridgette Vermette Team is a dream team. They listed my home and less than a week later I had a great offer. I have bought and sold several houses in my lifetime and never had a realtor who did more for her commission. From advising on asking price and staging my home while I was out of town to the details like preparing a fire in the fire pit and buying a new flag for the front of my home, she took care of it all. I HIGHLY recommend her.
