    I did Kenzai's 90 day program and never looked back- safe to say it totally changed my life! Weight loss, boosted energy levels, strength and fitness like I'd never achieved and a totally new perspective on healthy living. I can't recommend Kenzai highly enough.

    Kenzai was a game changer for me. Working 80 hours a week, on the road 3 months a year I just couldn't find a way to stay on top of my health and fitness. I tried gyms, personal trainers, DVD workouts, fitness apps, diets, even health retreats. Kenzai was the first thing that worked. It's far more than a fitness program and nutrition plan. They teach you how to live healthy in the real world. I never understood my health and how my body works as well as I do today. They helped strip away the excuses, dispel so many myths and took a very intelligent approach that really resonated with me. They also gave me the tools to sustain my results long term. I don't even feel like I have to work at being healthy anymore. These guys do it right. Kenzai works. I did the original program 7 years ago. I'm 42 now and still in the best shape of my life thanks to Kenzai. It was the best investment in my health I've ever made and the last one I'll ever need. With so much garbage and so many gimmicks out there, it's hard not to be skeptical. I certainly was before doing Kenzai. I wish I could give you just a few minutes in a my head to know how incredible this program is and how it can change your life. If you're serious about making a change or fed up with fitness attempts that failed, there is nothing better you can do for your long term health and wellness than this program.

    After a number of post-injury sendetary years, I decided to do the 90 Kenzai Body program. Friends had done it and had gotten fit, lost weight and stayed healthy even several years later. For me it was a revelation and I have gone from the sofa to feeling fit and confident in myself and even signing up for a spartan event this year. Kenzai, solidly grounded in science rather than any one persons opinion, builds fitness and good health, teaches you about the body and exercise but just as importantly has built an amazing community all over the world some of whom have become close friends. Below is my thoughts at the end of the Kenzai Body program: Overall, this is an amazing program. At its core, its very simple: eat good food and do regular exercise. The details though are very clever and the focus on managing your motivation and making the program viable in the long term is the genius.

    To this day, Im still amazed that I even signed up for this program. I am a serial disbeliever and quite frankly hate stuff like this. However 3 years ago, when I caught up with a friend of mine who was on Kenzai at the time, I noticed he was definitely looking fitter and sharper than normal. I on the other hand was in the worst shape of my life, so I decided what the hell. To say I am pleased with everything I achieved during my 3 months on the program is an understatement. I lost 38lbs (17kg) going down to 154lbs, lost body fat, built more upper body muscle, strengthened my balky back and knees, lost love handles, improved eating and sleeping, gained more more lucidity, stopped snoring, and had fun. Most importantly I gained a ton of confidence from surprising myself on a daily basis. The beauty about this program is that there's no special sauce. It is based on science and common sense - eat well, workout regularly, and know your body. The program just gave me a structure, and forced me to be disciplined to follow the right habits, which worked for me cuz I tend to be lazy. I also liked that I had access to coaches who could answer my stupid questions and give me advice. In the 2.5 years since I completed the Kenzai Body program, I've managed to keep off the weight, stay active, and keep up my high energy levels. Last year I did a few road races, Spartan races, and right now I'm even training for my first marathon, something I never would have even considered had I not done Kenzai. This was definitely one of the best things I've ever done.
