DC Management

Since the move from Maine Properties to DC Management, its been night and day. Lily has been great, responsive, and already in a short couple of months much better than where we were. If you get the chance to work with Lily Id highly recommend it.

DC Management is an exceptional property management company. There is no shortage of horror stories surrounding poorly run management companies in Portland, but DC management is the exception. I've always felt heard and well attended to when issues arose. They seem to do a thorough job at vetting third parties, only really allowing the best of the best to manage their properties. Lily and Sarah have been my go to contacts there for my tenure using their management company, and they've always been accommodating, attentive and detail oriented. Three attributes that are CRUCIAL when renting in Portland. If you want a fair and transparent management company, look no further than DC Management.

DC properties has met our highest expectation! I met the property manager on the first day I went to the office. She reassured me that the unit we were interested in was still available. After, she told me a little about the neighborhood and she directed me to the BEST leasing agent, Sarah H. She has made everything so easy and communicated perfectly throughout the whole process! My Fiance' and I are excited to start our life in the beautiful unit we were approved for! Thanks to the whole DC Management team!
