I'm a bit obsessed with hot sauces, and the one I got (Spitfire Sauce) did have great taste! I'm only knocking off a star because the xanthum gum overall gives the sauce kind of a weird texture. Most sauces (I looked through my cabinet) don't have it and I think its better to rely on more peppers, vegetables etc to thicken your sauce.

Im a big hot sauce person. Ive tasted about 110 to 115 different type of sauces. An Captain mowatts canceaux turbeaux sauce is hot an sweet. All around great definitely in my top

As a texan, I wasn't expecting to find a truly hot and delicious sauce in Maine, but there you go. Life is full of surprises.
