Aroma Joe's Corporate Office

Had a small issue with one Aroma Joes location and they immediately fixed it. They communicated in a timely manner and were not only professional but exceedingly kind and understanding, made me appreciate the whole Aroma Joes brand more.

Just left Aroma Joes drive-through on Warren Avenue in Portland, Maine. While in the line to order in my car an employee came out the side door with her mask on and spoke to a customer that was in the line of traffic also. As she went back in the side door she took her mask off her head and held it in her hands! I decided to not get coffee at Aroma Joes because it did not occur to me as being a safe place to get coffee or anything there because of COVID-19! Soon after I left I called A. Joes on Warren Ave where this incident took place. The employee who answered was rude, defended the mask-less employee and hung up on me as she said, write this up on YELP! This was the first and LAST time I will go to Aroma Joes. The lack of concern and respect are SO OUT OF LINE!!
