A great little place to stay in Boothbay. Very friendly staff and good food. Walkability: Located right downtown in easy walking distance to most things.

We had a wonderful stay here. Great off-season rates, and we really enjoyed the room service breakfast that was included in the rate.

Perfect location, but rooms need to be updated, shower needed a good scrubbing. Bed was uncomfortable, which I know is personal preference.
