They won't rent to a " Grandmother" but they will rent to a drug dealer lol hilarious and he still lives on your property on top of that it's gang graffiti across the street where the celebrities live your gate was broken little woods is not far away from this place section 8 apartments across the highway named Canterbury they had trash piled with kids running all over the place I judged the neighborhood has a whole it doesn't have much to offer but a bunch of food chain restaurants and ran down stores from the 80s a old motel 6 with randoms hanging out the traffic reminds me of Tampa Bay horrible not impressed by the lake just seemed a bit off and sketchy

Very noisy I'm one the first floor the second floor very noisy people very loud at times you can hear kids screaming and hollering at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning

Great move in. Everything good just wish the stairwell was cleaned more often
