I no longer live there moved out about two years ago but I was there when it was just one building open (11) all the office people were cool and I didnt have too many issues except the condition of maintenance of the pool! Heres a tip use loads and lots of chlorine! Pool will stay blue that way! I kinda miss it and so so my dog Rubyjean ! Losts of memories and and Good Neighbors I met living there! Rachelle-

We were really excited to see these apartments. My fianc had his car break down the first time we were supposed to go, but the reschedule was confirmed three times, including the day of. Then he arrives, no-one is in the office 2 hours before they supposedly close, the phone number on the plaque outside the office is wrong, and no one ever responded to our calls, texts, or emails. Extremely unprofessional. Will not be rescheduling with a company that can't bother to communicate with potential tenants.

I would like to thank Anne Marie for her kindness and professionalism. She listened to my wants and needs and found the perfect apartment for me. From the phone call to the tour, to the move in, was all a breeze! I would recommend living here.

This place is horrible! We drove from New Orleans on three different occasions and each time we visit the office no one is there! We recently booked a tour online and when we arrived, no one was there again. Dont bother calling because you will not be able to get in touch with anyone!

My family and I have lived here less than 6 months we can't use the cabinets in kitchen bc they are literally falling off the walls. My backdoor opens bc there is no lock installed The sheetrock screws are popping out everywhere! Carpet is installed by idiots apparently bc they have gaps and sections that don't match up! Property manager is a joke she needs to take a walk around this place bc it's a mess and the area is unsafe
