        AVOID unless you want to get skin issues because water quality didn't meet the city's standards and shower with bronw and foul odored water!

        I typically do not prefer to provide feedback, however, this particular instance warrants an exception. Since the commencement of my application process, the staff members have exhibited exceedingly pleasant and enthusiastic attitudes towards assisting both me and my family. Their welcoming and patient demeanor, particularly that of Brandi, has been truly commendable. Brandi's promptness in providing answers, valuable assistance, and maintaining a high level of professionalism has been greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the apartment itself is aesthetically pleasing. As a result, I unequivocally assert that I have no desire to seek rental arrangements from any other establishment.

        They hit you with all kinds of unreasonable ridiculous fees when you move out. Give you 5 days to pay it or it goes to collections. This place is very very greedy. They're probably in debt up to their eyeballs and want their tenants to resolve it for them. I suggest avoiding this place at all cost. You can leave your apartment spotless and they'll still hit you with a cleaning fee. It's normal operating procedure for them clean the apartment in-between tenants regardless but they charge the previous tenants for it. Ridiculous. They're also supposed to replace any carpet or paint every 3 years as well but I'm sure they attempt to get the tenants to pay for that also. They want all the reward but don't want to take any risk and pay for the overhead. This place is operated by very very greedy people.

        Amazing experience. Alicia was so nice in assisting me with what was needed. I love the maintenance workers over here. All of them I have encountered has been extremely nice and pleasant to work with! Best apartments in Slidell.
