The Mgmt Team helped me every step to moving in to RE. Great location for a Slidell to NOLa commute and nicely kept Commons areas. The Apartments are in great shape and it is peaceful and quiet mostly here. And the Sunsets are amazing. Happy to be here!

i lived in this complex for about 3 months and it was the worst experience of my entire life. the landlord CJ is beyond unprofessional, he doesn't care about his tenants AT ALL. my washer was broken when i moved in and never got fixed. the apartment was supposed to come with a fridge but didnt. there was mold in the burners on the stove. when we originally moved in everything was covered in dirt and dust and there was roaches everywhere . the apartment flooded TWICE, it was coming from the toilet and im pretty sure there was a pipe broken underneath the floor causing the water to come up through the wood and carpet. the first time it flooded they did not fix the problem they just unclogged the toilet and replaced the carpet, around a month later everything flooded again. both times our entire livingroom carpet was soaking wet and the hallway and bathroom was flooded with water coming from the toilet and underneath the floors. the second time it flooded we tried to contact CJ to fix it and he ignored us. the property manager seen it the second time and told CJ and he still didnt do anything. we have been living with molded carpet for about a month. DO NOT MOVE HERE. not to mention we got evicted because we didnt pay rent because who would pay rent to live in a molded, flooded apartment???

The apts was great, & the apt manager was cool. As I began to know the other residents there, I found out that the apt Manager CJ allow other residents to intrude inside there apts. There was a lady by the name of Keisha who live down stairs by the mail box who stayed in all the tenants business. There a guy by the name of Andrew Speirs & Bailey Giangrosso tenants who intrude on other tenants. Theres a group of young people in the complex who hang amongst each other that should be paid close attention too. By the way I was evicted, due to neighbors invading my privacy !
