My recent experience with U-Haul was nothing short of a nightmare, marked by incompetence, unprofessionalism, and outright disrespect for customers. Three weeks ago, I made a reservation for a truck to be picked up at a location near my house, only to receive a last-minute email notification less than 24 hours of scheduled pick up time informing me of significant changes to my reservation. Upon opening the email, I was shocked to discover that the pick-up location had been relocated to a place 35 minutes away from the original spot. Not only that, but the scheduled pick-up time was delayed by an hour and thirty minutes, and to top it off, the model of the truck I originally requested was switched without any explanation provided. This lack of communication and consideration for customers' time is utterly unacceptable. On the day of the pick-up, I arrived at the designated location, only to be met with further frustration and disappointment. I was informed by the staff that they had no control over when I would be able to pick up my truck, as it depended entirely on the return of the previous renter. Shockingly, I was told that it was common for people to return vehicles a day later than scheduled. To make matters worse, one of the employees had her child with her, who was playing on the working computer, displaying a complete disregard for professionalism and workplace boundaries. Additionally, the store reeked of smoke, further detracting from the already dismal experience. Despite waiting for an hour and a half for my truck, the employees responded to my inquiries with rudeness and impatience, insisting that I didn't understand the situation and absolving themselves of any responsibility for the delays and inconvenience caused. In conclusion, my experience with U-Haul was characterized by poor communication, unprofessionalism, and disrespectful customer service. I strongly advise against using their services at this specific location, as they have demonstrated a blatant disregard for their customers' time, convenience, and overall satisfaction.

I'm sure that no one here really cares about getting a good or bad review. The attitude that you receive on the phone. The way that that's employees speak to you is like you're a piece of garbage. The obese woman working at the front desk today with the septum piercing Is rude impatient and extremely short with customers. I heard her used several curse words. And I don't understand how people have a job likely Because nobody else wants to work except the crazy lady at the front desk. Not to mention that this location requires a credit card A phone call to your second contact and none of the other locations require that. You can go to any of the other locations with a debit card and be fine and You will receive your rental truck. With no attitude quick easy in and out They want you to suffer at this location, taking their sweet time and being rude and impatient with every customer.
