        We reserved a moving truck only to find out when got there, there were NO TRUCKS at all. Another person in line also had the same issue. Their excuse was they forgot to close out the day before. What the HELL! We came all the way over from the Westbank to get poor service. Orleans parish is a JOKE!!

        This was worst rental experience EVER !! A nasty, raggedy cargo van was provided that had bald tires...ALL of them. Was from out of town & needed to drive back to a family emergency after picking up furniture in NOLA area. Location address for this Budget rental is a parking lot & is actually located further down Canal St. If Uber driver hadn't known where place was we would have been trouble. Rent at your own risk.
