Worst experience I ever had. It has to be just New Orleans. The woman at the desk seemed incoherant, Treating me like a criminal and spent 30 minutes repeating the same info over and over again. I just got to the point I told her to forget it and left.

I'm glad hat it's over. I booked my reservation two months in advance. I got a call two days before my move stating that the truck and trailer I needed wouldn't be available at the location I had chosen. Then I get a call the day before, less than 24 hours before my move to say that the location had been moved again to a location nearly 30 miles from my apartment. The only thing they offered me was "extra mileage". That wasn't good enough. At minimum they should have discounted my rental. In addition to all of that, they cancelled my storage reservation which I had to rebook when I arrived. I had a one way truck reservation. That meant that I couldn't just book a reservation with another company at the last minute. Uhaul knew that and took advantage of it. The truck was big enough to hold my stuff, that is about the only good thing I can say about that. The location I got the truck for was good and the people were friendly and good. The truck sucked, it was in need of repairs and maintenance. I barely got to the other city.
