My first time in NOLA and we stayed here. The loft area gave the privacy of being in a different room but was still nice and open. The spiral stairs were super small for a large person but we made it work. Plus the free parking and the quick walk to the streetcar!

We had an amazing experience here! The bed was soft, it was very clean, and the customer service was fantastic! Good little continental breakfast and free parking. I will definitely be staying here again anytime I'm in New Orleans!

Pros : The hotel was affordable
Great location - the trolly system is easily accessible - download the app for maps etc
Free parking
Free breakfast
Friendly staff
Cute outdoor seating
Price
Kids loved the loft room
Cons
Not super handicap friendly
Piping isnt the best so dont unload huge Timbers
Not for the bougie or those expecting Hilton service for motel6 pricing
Older guests so you cant really talk on the courtyard after 10
Safety: The parking lot and area felt safe. Walked a few miles to art district
Walkability: Not complicated , bars are near by
