        I have stayed at the Trident hotel many times and have found it very clean and quiet. It is a great value. Cheapest hotel. I look forward to many more stays

        I had a bad experience at the Trident Inn Yesterday. The front desk worker was very rude and carried a gun I dont know why. The bathrooms were out of order. They were very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend anyone to book a room at the Trident Inn. It was a horrible experience for me. Rooms: The experience was very horrible.

        Horrible service horrible hotel DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I booked four days and stayed 3 hrs. They have the nerve to not refund the rest of my money. Should be closed due to the filth that I seen . I literally could not sleep on there beds or use the restroom we walked out. Dont forget the swamp trash around the building. Code enforcement needs to be called. What goes around shall come to this Hotel. Rooms: Filthy rooms walls are brown and floors are black Safety: Not safe at all

        No pool, no fitness center. It was only 1 person working there. Rooms stink. She tried to offer a different room it smelled also. Tv didn't pick up any channels. Lobby old and dated. After being there 5 minutes there was someone screaming for their life in the hallway. We left immediately, didn't stay. Requested a refund. Rooms: Smelly, tv didn't catch channels. Sheets had stains. Nearby activities: Nothing to do not near anything. Located in unsafe area. Safety: Use your room key to park behind a gated parking lot. A woman started screaming loudly in the hallway like screaming for her life so we grabbed our things& left immediately. Food & drinks: No food are drinks nearby. Not even a ice machine. Noteworthy details: Didn't feel safe. Rooms smelled and unclean. Didn't stay past 10 minutes. Had to leave. Wouldn't recommend.

      Thank goodness for cameras. You walked in the hotel and started to belittle it for starters. That's ok because everyone is entitled to their own opinion but right after that you started to smoke drugs right in front of the door where guest were coming in and out. This is where you were asked to leave! I know saying someone flashed a gun because you think it gets more attention but anyone knows this is and never the case at this hotel. To take it a step further if anyone does that the police should be called ASAP!!

      Sir everyone is entitled to their own opinion, however you and the young lady came to this hotel being very rude and if that wasn't good enough started to smoke drugs right in front of the hotel as guest were coming in and out. I kindly asked you both to leave.
