Cambria Hotel New Orleans Downtown Warehouse District

We loved our stay. Hotel was very clean, wonderful decor, it was also quieter than I expected. Location was superb! Stayed here prior to a cruise and terminal was in walking distance. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Walkability: Walking distance to the cruise terminal, Riverwalk outlets, and French quarter.

We were welcomed in like family upon arrival and treated like so the remaining of the trip. Anytime we needed somewhere nice to go, James (night shift) and Keanna (morning shift) gave us amazing recommendations. Will definitely tell others to stay here! Rooms: Clean and very stylish rooms! Very comfortable and nice working A/Cs that seemed clean (most hotel ACs make me sick!) Safety: Key cards required to use elevators, very attentive staff Walkability: Its in warehouse district. 15-20 min walk from French quarter but central to also visiting garden district by street car.

Sneaking in fees days after we already checked out because your hotel isnt 4 star material and you got a review that reflected exactly what your quality is? Heres a secret, if you had cared, wed care. You can plainly see when a carpet with debris and dust fuzz hasnt been vacuumed in weeks. You can plainly see dirty windows, spaghetti sauce (?) in the bathroom, chocolate (?) on the night stand, urine on one of the blankets from the closet top shelf.. it was apparent you didnt care, and so we dont. The complaint about our dogs was resolved in the 10 minutes it took us to get back to the hotel. We dropped what we were doing and resolved it immediately. It will be very easy to refute your bogus charge that came 4 days after we checked out. Its not anyones job to tell you to clean your rooms, btw. Remember, 4 stars right? Cheers!

This hotel doesnt feel like 4 stars, maybe 2 or 3 stars hotel. Idk why its categorized as 4 stars. Let me tell you why. 1. The room is not clean. I should have taken a picture like everyone else here but the bathroom door has some kind of red sauce probably spaghetti sauce, lamp had some hopefully chocolate smear, carpet is not clean, hadnt been vacuumed maybe, yellow stain on the blanket we pulled from the cabinet. The cleanliness is not a 4 star hotel at all. 2. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable 3. No large mirror just the one in the bathroom. 4. Mini bar is empty 5. Restaurant is not open until 5pm, so you cant have coffee aside from the vending. This cant be a 4 star hotel. 6. They accept pets for $100/night but they dont have a space for pets to potty. All concrete around the building. 7. Too expensive but not quality service and amenities.
