They're not helpful at all. Didn't try to recommend, work around my issue or nothing. PLUS it's so empty in there.

Went to tranfer money from one account to an associate's account. Tellers at Thomas branch in West Monroe have no problems doing it for me, but here only their manager could do it. Told me not to bother waiting because there were two other people who were in front of me. I replied that I was the only person in the bank. This is when I caught all kinds of attitude from the one teller, while the other explained to me they have to wait outside. I say I will wait anyway and I will be outside, and walk out the door. I walk back in and explain that there is nobody else in the parking lot and I am next, but have to go back outside. 45 minutes later I drove away with out doing the transfer. At 4 is the last chance to wire transfer for anyones future reference. Nobody ever came to tell me anything! Ill never use this location again..... I have watched this bank get worse over the more than decade I have been with it..... Already moved my business account to another bank, due to this type of actions made by certain employees.
