the staff is nice, but they cant give you a proper quote on when they can get a leather jacket cleaned so they will waste your time. they first quoted me that it would take maybe a week or a week and a half for them to get to my jacket, but after I had heard nothing from them, I had called and The manager tried to assure me that it was going to be done on Monday and I said well I might consider having it dry cleaned somewhere else if it takes any longer than that. of course, instead of doing anything with the jacket after I left it over there past Monday, they just didnt do anything to the jacket nor did they call me. so my jacket just sat at their facility for almost three weeks with nothing done.
the communication is just not there, so if you have something expensive that you dont want to get lost, its not worth it to go here.
