If you have mold you definitely have to call these guys first! They are the only ones that can get ride of the mold with the dry fog rather than tearing your house down. It's much cheaper and quicker than demolitioning your house and after it was all done I thought I smelled mold and they came over right away to test for mold again for free as part of their mold free for a year promise!

If there is ever a company to work with, this is the one. Jim, Brandon, Jacob, and Zach are simply amazing! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and thorough, they genuinely care about the issues you are having and go above and beyond to find, reach, and/or assist with a solution. With Mold Zero, it is definitely more about the person than about the money. They are bright lights in a very trying time. I am grateful to have found this company just in the nick of time. A top home inspection company recommended Mold Zero to me and I called them in a pinch - we needed to move in this house, but it needed mold remediation badly. Jim talked me through his process and amazingly, accommodated my timeframe. Dennis came and thoroughly explained the whole process (which is different in a few important ways from other companies) and they did the whole job when I needed it, which was very short notice, and we were able to move in on time. Now that I've been here a couple months, my internal re-testing shows they did the job and my house smells fresh and I trust it for my kids. This company has excellent communication and really cares about you, and although I'm limited in my understanding, I have been told that their product is unique and possibly better than the competition. I would highly recommend talking with them and I really appreciate their coming through for me. They are really kind people, not just there for another job. I highly recommend Mold Zero if you're struggling with mold in your home! I called Jim at 3pm on a Monday and he was at my house in New Orleans by 5pm to inspect that damages. Dennis was out the very next morning to treat our home! I love that the treatment only took a few hours and I was able to get back in my home and breathing easier (literally!) same day. Since treatment, I've seen a noticeable reduction in mold stains and no longer have the lingering smell of mold on my furniture.
