911 Restoration of Baton Rouge

I met the owner and be had to be one of the rudest person ever. He was not friendly and I would never recommend anyone using this business. I was not a customer of his but I saw him in another setting and if he talks and treats people so nasty. If he does this I can only imagine how he really is.

The previous homeowners hired this company after their house flooded a couple weeks before closing. The house looked awesome when they were finally done. Some months after so developed a rodent problem which I am terribly afraid of. The exterminator came and found a large hole under the sink and later we found holes behind the dishwasher and stove that was installed by 911 restoration. If you want to hire them happy rodent hunting!

Rusty and his crew just finished my kitchen repairs today. Had a water leak that went undetected for three days. They rebuilt my bottom cabinets to match my upper cabinets, put in a new counter top, made the drawers even better than before, and reconnected all the plumbing. They put the appliances back in place and reconnected them as well. The new drywall was patched, sanded, and painted. Even the baseboards look great with a new coat of paint. The price was very fair and they did an excellent job. I am very happy with the work they did and would hire them again. My kitchen looks brand new!!

My house flooded with Harvey, Rusty and his crew repaired and renovated all the first floor and stairs. Rusty is a very honest, responsable and a professional guy.
