I have known and used Dexter for projects for many years. In all the years he had done work for me his workmanship has been excellent. All of his workers are very professional and courteous. The last two jobs done have been concrete repairs on our homeowers' association streets. His crew did an excellent job and I received positive comments from some of the residents on the quality of the work. I would highly recommend.

Dexter contacted me for a repair I needed done at my house. My termite guy referred him to me and gave him my number. I allowed him to come see the repair needed and he texted me a quote which read as follows: Removal and replacement of shingles left hand side where there is no soffit enclosure, new roofing plywood, plywood soffit and facia, painting Total $1758 He had also told me the job could take a day and a half. I accepted his bid and he and two of his carpenters came out to my house to do the repair. Once here they decided to go with a new approach, where they would build the soffit closure, paint it and nail it in place. No removal of shingles or plywood, the job took 2 hours. So I am thinking he will reduce the price. He asked me if I still had my quote and write him a check for the quote amount, $1758. I said you did way less and you are going to charge me the same price. He said he will take off $200 because he never bought the shingles. This upset me but I gave him a check. I asked him to send me a receipt and this is what it stated: Closing open soffit with facia and painting, left side of entrance roof. A big difference of what was quoted and what was done! I contacted him later because I felt robbed and that he owed me at least $358.00. He refused to give me any money back.

Honor Advisors are honest, thorough and competent contractors! I have used them on multiple remodeling projects. They give fair estimates and do high quality work. I will use them on future projects and I highly recommend them!
