There has been a sharp decline in the quality of living here since the new management took over. I loved living here for the first year and then the Lodges changed to Traditions. There is no regard for the safety and happiness of the residents. Three cars were broken into in just in my section of the complex three weeks ago and the complex never sent out a safety notice acknowledging the uptick in crime. They are dishonest about how much money you will spend here and they price gouge you for anything. The new management masquerades as a wonderful new change by implementing new locks, a new package system, and (oh, wow!) a pickleball court but refuse to address the substantive issues that make living here hellish. If you are under the impression that this is a nice place to live, think again and save yourself from horrific randomized roommates, being overcharged, mold that goes unaddressed, insects, broken air condition units that will never be fixed, power outages, spotty wifi, a plethora of feral cats, and poorly constructed facilities. Parents of college kids moving in, I implore you to take this advice and find somewhere else for your kid. If you're a college kid looking for somewhere to move, I wish I listened to my mom and didn't sign this lease. You can find other options, I promise.

My old roommates moved out and they placed me with randoms who are five years younger than me and when I had issues with them breaking my lease, they would not do anything about the issue. Wouldnt recommend if you want a good management who will listen to you.

Management is awful, pothole in the complex blew two of my tires but their top priority is building a pickleball court. Go live at Arlington.

This is the WORST MANAGED property EVER! You can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone, NEVER get anyone to help with ANYTHING and they change the amount of monthly expenses every month, in spite of lease agreement

While the location and amenities were great, with acceptable conditions of the townhouse, the property management held no compassion for their residents. I reported to them numerous issues I had with a roommate they matched me with, spanning over multiple months and semesters. At first they seemed helpful but eventually didnt respond to my emails and the situation escalated, and I had to show up in their office to be taken more seriously. Their neglect of the situation allowed it to escalate. What was initially text arguments between my roommate morphed into her breaking my property, starting physical fights, and eventually screaming at and threatening me to the point I had to call the police. Despite being told of every conversation and actions with evidence of it all, management did not give me reasonable solutions, only saying I should transfer units, and when I asked for better remedies or ways to ensure shed never bother me, they sent a email stating they were not obligated to help fix the situation. It was only resolved because of LSU S&A which forced her to move out. While the community itself is nice and well maintained, with modern homes and great maintenance staff, I did not witness a management that cared about resident safety and comfort, and would not rent here again.
