Best place to live. My roommates and I loved all the amenities including the pool. Definitely the best one in the city. The office was always so welcoming and the location is truly unbeatable!!!

The worst experience Ive ever had at an apartment complex! The management is absolutely terrible and would never be accommodating with problems I had. Once I finally moved out I had paid in full the rest of my lease off just to get out. It seemed every-time I turned around they were asking me for money since apparently when I payed in full the front desk manger told me the wrong amount as well as the utilities not being properly split! Very bad communication and would not recommend living here to anyone. The place is also not nice at all and the inside of my apartment was completely covered with holes when I first moved in with matted carpet that was disgusting. I have other friends who also live there and they have problems with maintenance constantly and their washer seems to break every other day with maintenance taking forever to come fix the problem.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE! This apartment appears to be great with many amenities but is actually a dump with very poor management and staff with many amenities that do not work. For five MONTHS, my air conditioner consistently leaked. From day one, my roommates and I made many requests through the portal, emailed, and even called management to fix this problem, but it was never resolved. We went through many weeks with zero air condition in the hot weather and had to dump buckets of water from overflowing due to the air conditioning. The water in the house eventually caused mold that grew from the apartment's poor condition. Management was well aware of the situation but continued to neglect us college students ignoring the problem causing my room mate and I to have upper respiratory health issues. Finally, after five months, they called an A/C company to fix the leak but still ignored the mold after testing the mold that was sent to a lab that came back hazardous. We simply asked to end the lease and move out, but we were ignored again. All this complex wants is your money and does not care about its renters. Avoid this place at all costs!!
