    I LOVE living @ The Oliver!! It is a fantastic place to live! I adore my apartment.. I have been here almost 2 years now and I plan on being here many more. They accept pets which is awesome because I have 2. My dogs love living here as well because they have a huge pond right outside of my door that they really enjoy spending time at walking around it. The staff is amazingly awesome..extremely helpful in every way! They have a beautiful cabana style pool and a nice work out area too. It is very quiet here which is highly important to me and they keep the grounds well kept..I just am in love with this place all the way around. I highly recommend The Oliver! Take the virtual tour on line to see for yourself..I know you will be as pleased as I am with these apartments! Stay blessed all :) Update : I am going on my 4th year here and I'm still in love with my apartment and the staff!! Highly recommend these apartments!!

    This is literally one of the worst properties Ive ever lived on. When we entered our supposedly clean unit we had issues with BUGS, paint all over the couches and floors, broken appliances (which continues to occur because the Oliver chooses to repair rather than replace), and problems with the front office staff. Many of the people there come off as unprofessional and rude, and the staff are clearly unorganized because we had an issue with one staff member ok-ing us to move from the roach-infested room to one of the other 2 rooms in our unit, while another staff member insisted we pay a $350 fee to move 15 feet. If youre looking for a budget apartment to lease, Id only recommend the Oliver on an emergency basis. For the prices of these apartments you could go down the street to other properties and do far better.

    I understand that evictions are not the fault of the office employees, but is it really appropriate to laugh in the face of the person who is getting evicted? Whenever we were moving stuff out, and packing stuff in our cars, they were laughing and all this stuff while my partner was holding back tears because they got evicted two days after christmas after they were told conflicting information about when they would be evicted. Even though the eviction is on my partner's shoulders, there are plenty of reasons why someone could be behind on rent and some compassion and kindness in a scary situation would go a long way. Laughing with each other while someone is becoming homeless is DISGUSTING. On top of all the trouble they had living there with lack of communication throughout the few months they lived there. DISGUSTING. Edit: i attempted to contact the oliver to talk to someone about the manager's lack of professionalism and compassion, and the girl who picked up the phone acted like i was an idiot and gave me HIS email instead of the ability to contact anyone who can and will actually address the issues the property manager displays.
