Smoothie King

If I could rate this location a 1 star I would. I went to get a smoothie on my birthday. The person who took my order had great customer service. I placed my order at 8:30 AM, however, I did not get my smoothie until 8:50 AM. There were customers who place their order after me but received their smoothie before I did. I heard the staff say someone had taken my smoothie and they did not see the ticket for it. No one communicated about why it was taking so long to receive my smoothie. I will never visit this location again!!!!!

The service is great from Tim and Xavier. They are awesome and very nice. Love their energy. Definitely a 5 Star.

Great fun, friendly service from Timothy and Xavier. Mr. Timothy should be a manager.!  This should be a five star but my phone is broken. It only allow me to get four-star.

The server behind the counter by the name of Charlie was very courteous & professional! 5 star service.

The employee was rude and unfriendly. We came in at 8:25p and they close at 9p. She was sitting in the lobby on her phone, and acted like she was so inconvenienced when we came in. She didnt greet us and was very impatient when taking my order. She didnt identify which smoothie was which, just put them on the counter and turned her back.
