The smoothie was not good at all. There were huge chucks of ice in my smoothie and it wasnt mixed all the way. It tasted like dishwater. The worker poured the smoothie into the cup after he blended it and then poured it back into the blender and started putting other stuff in it to mix again. Dont get a smoothie at this one.

Visited at 3pm on Sunday, Feb 26, 2023. Was very disappointed to wait over 25 minutes in the drive through line for (1) smoothie. Two cars behind me drove off as soon as they could. The one car behind me, the lady was blowing her horn several times and at one point got out of her car and approached the pickup window to see what the hold up was. When I finally got to the pick up window, the worker said it was three of them working but really no explanation as to why it took 25 minutes to make a smoothie. I was also charged full price for the smoothie. Please evaluate the employees working at this location. This is not my first visit to this location. Past experiences wait time has not been over 5 minutes. Who wants to wait 25 minutes ??

It took a while for the lady to come to the counter, they didnt fill the cup up all the way got a large (40oz) and the employee spilled some on the side of the cup and on his hand didnt see him wash his hand either.

I just went through the drive through and the woman asked for a minute which is no problem. She comes back on and my boyfriend asks for another second. When he finally gave his order she proceeded to cut him off and ask what size. I repeated the order and she yells " I heard you and I asked what size. I told her I just wanna make sure you're adding the right fruit in." She continues to yell and some else yells "SHE HEARD YOU" . So I go into the store and ask for a manger. I got the worst looks from every staff member as if I was the one who started the issue. I continue to order with the manager and as I am, the one who was taking the drive through orders begins talking into the headset and under her breathe like no one could see her. Directing all questions to the manager the one who originally took the order and the one who yelled "she heard you " began to speak. In order to deescalate I direct all questions to the manager Alex who was so sweet but instead of giving me the girls name so that I can make a formal complaint he offers his own name and for me to call the store tomorrow in hopes of fixing the issue. As I'm leaving the girl finally finds her voice and decides to make a smart remark. I just don't understand how you can disrespect someone and then be upset that they have a problem with the disrespect. The way I was spoken to today was unacceptable. I would understand if I was an unreasonable customer but no I was yelled at for no reason at all and the employees assumed I was just supposed to take it. I literally had to download an app in order to make this complaint and I'm not sure she even got a "stern talking to" after all of this was over. I'm livid and I would like further action to be taken honestly. Don't come here if you respect yourself. The only reason I gave 1 star is because it won't let you post the review w/o it. In reality ZERO stars for the unnecessary disrespect.
