        Do not order for in-store pick up from this store. I have had repeated instances, where despite an email receipt in hand, the cashier argued that she had given me everything I purchased. In all instances, it was clear it wasn't there because it wouldn't fit in a bag. Today, my son went to pick up an order for me, again with the receipt in hand, and again, they insisted everything was there. I called the store and was given the gee, I'm sorry, corporate routine until I asked for a Manager. Who also gave me the gee, I'm sorry corporate playbook, and then blamed it on 16 yo who had just started working today. Only when I pointed out that my order was placed on Friday, and the 16 yo wasn't responsible, did she (Ashley) admit that her staff don't always label items for pick-up. Clearly, the manager isn't focused on all the customers her store services. I will think long and hard before I go back.
