Great prices. Store owners have gotten very rude. Customer service has really deteriorated.

I will never ever go here again! They do not understand how their money is made. It's made from people coming into your store purchasing items. A person do not have to spend their money with people with nasty attitudes. If someone asks a question their asking for a reason, not to waste their breath. The cashier was so rude and nasty! Is it the color of our skin? Remember, it is us that gives you the most business. When I say, I was about to purchase a beautiful item for $599.99 yes, $599.99 but due to the rudeness, they loss out. You will not prosper with bad attitudes! Someone told me to go to Family Deals, Black Friday and Ollie's.

The first few days they were open, the bins were filled with high dollar good quality returned items for a cheaper price which is the point of these liquidation stores. Now I assume that they realized they were giving away to many items for a cheaper price so the owners pick through everything and take all of the good items out and put them behind the counter and ask insane prices for used items which defeats the entire point of the store. They only leave cheap used junk in the bins now that isnt worth anything.

Visited for the first time today. It's safe to say Im not missing anything. It's like an inside garage sale. FYI they charge $2 for card payments but that's not listed or posted anywhere in the store.
