        I bought shadow box frame twice from thrice from this store. No damages and got it for reduced price.

        This is the 2nd time within a two week span that I've had funds frozen by Joann's when using the app. The 1st time, they froze the same amount twice (simultaneously) for a week because the app was "glitchy". Then today, they froze the amount for the items in my cart, even though I haven't clicked to process the payment. Mind you, they're freezing my account, but not actually completing the order. It's not in my orders, nor could the store pull it up, simply stating it doesn't exist in Joann's system. Soon as I get my money back in a week, I'll be deleting and sticking to Michaels!
