I'm homeless and in the area but not from here, I'm from 1000 miles east and the lady on the phone was really rude and basically told me that they don't want my money because I don't have a bill in my name as she didn't understand what homeless meant. I have never been so satisfied with my bank. Not only do I know every person in the Highland Market branch by name but they know me as well. I can call the branch manager directly to help with any banking need (or really anything else for that matter) big or small. Everyone should have that kind of relationship with their branch manager. Travis Grautreau and his staff are always ready and willing to help and go the extra mile every.single.time. I could not be happier.
