Liberty Bank Baton Rouge

I have made 2 attempts to do business with this bank. I wanted to support a black owned bank. I tried doing business Once last year and again this year. Customer service rep has no answers to any questions. She took my info twice and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Not to mention this same rep had me apply for the wrong line of credit online by saying yeah you can apply for a mortgage refinance using the home equity loan application or heloc application and the mortgage specialists would be able to go in and sort it out since there is not an online application for refinancing. This was Completely wrong information because I got an email saying the application was incomplete. Called again several times and got no answer. Needless to say after waiting about 3 weeks to hear from someone at Liberty I deferred to my local credit union for a great rate/terms and was approved in 2 days. Liberty you guys make it so hard to get any answers or find out any information or really even speak to someone knowledgeable.

By far my worse banking experience in my life. Took over 6 months to get answers about why I didnt receive my business debit cards . Now, Im trying to move my money out their bank. They were suppose to do a wire transfer 2 business days in a row. Ive yet to get a call back in 2 days. Every time I call, I get the same answer. I will call you back when I get an answer. Ive yet to get a call back.
