They switch apartment managers so much I just move over here and not knowing that you can pay cash or money so I payed with cash lady took all the money new management comes in well I dont know what happen why would you give her cash Im young I didnt think she will take my money so I payed my rent late yup I did here come new management you have a 50 late fee Ohk I do well I told her to find my money and pay it I already talk to to corporate so Im fine

The complex has great energy and vibes. The Office and Maintenance Staff work diligently on a daily basis to accommodate all residents and their concerns. I have an apartment on the third floor that over looks a wooded area and the beautiful sunlight through the trees are absolutely calming. The residents are friendly and helpful. I look forward to meeting a new neighbor, come on down!!!

At first as a resident, I loved it bit then it begin to get rachet. I had problems with the bed bugs and ceiling in my apartment. Also i stay to myself, i mind my own business, i dont like knowsy people, i like privacy so i felt like it was time to go. It was not the place for me anymore..

I'm sitting here with a morning cup of coffee looking out the two large windows in my main living space looking into the wooded area that blankets Jaguar Plaza. If you want to enjoy a serene Louisiana morning with sunlight hitting the grass through the trees then Jaguar Plaza may be your first option--Jaguar Plaza should be voted one of the best deals in Baton Rouge.
I just signed my second lease here and I'm very happy with my apartment which is nothing short of swanky. At first I wasn't sure how to organize the main living area which is a combination kitchen-living room-dining room-laundry room, but the space is large enough for any creativity and the new appliances melt in the background against contemporary furnishings. When the new management took over last year under Tammy Trusclair the building got a lot cleaner and more efficient for minor repairs in apartments not to mention the management mantra of going above and beyond.
If you're about amenities this building has a fitness center and a pool and across the street community members can join the gym and pool at Southern University for a reasonable fee. Not to mention Jaguar Plaza is practically front row seats at the stadium across the street and it's also near the restaurants and other services on Harding and Scenic, including Empire Wings. Closest to the building is Subway, printing services and a credit union--during the semester the Student Union has Chick-fil-A and Burger King just across the street. Swan Street offers some good local eats. There is a 24-hour security officer and it is a gated community.
Anybody familiar with Jaguar Plaza before is always astonished when they see the new floor plans from the redesign several years ago and the building keeps on getting better and better.
Right near the airport and the old bridge, some assert that shopping is far, but there's plenty of shopping available on Plank Road, a weekly Farmers Market on 72nd at the YMCA, and a Walmart Supercenter is only 5 miles away. Not to mention it's a ten-minute ride to downtown and Mid City. if you want to enjoy the best of Baton Rouge that's set aside from those noisy busy areas, I highly recommend Jaguar Plaza.
