Jefferson East

It was a great place to grow up as was Baton Rouge, sadly last time I visited both they seemed to have really changed for the worst.

They should put in your lease that you won't get all you deposit back because of the carpets, even when you clean them yourself(with your own machine). They kept $100 bc they want it done professionally. I thought that was there job. The apartments have mold in the ceiling that maintenance is simply painting over and you see it fading back thru. My patio doors had mildew on them, 4 feet high, that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, but I even cleaned that. The blinds had caked up dust from what also appeared to be neglected for a couple years. But you kept my deposit for a carpet that when I moved in wasn't "Professionally Cleaned". Do not move into Prime Property Apartment Jefferson East apartments. The Property Manager is absolutely never on site. I never lived in an apartment that I had to go to the min office every single month to pay my rent. If I had an issue I had to wait for him to get there instead of him alredy being there.
