21 South at Parkview Apartments

Location is very convenient but if your a light sleeper dont move here. Constant surrounding lights make the birds not sleep ( tweet tweet at 2AM will drive you insane) as well as every car guy in Baton Rouge revs their engine at the light. Been here almost a year with almost no good sleep. Also no washer and dryer in our unit

They are very nice people they make sure your apartment is straight very friendly and clean. They take any and every issue very seriously! 21 South team is the best!

The young ladies in the office and the maintenance team, are working hard at keeping a very professional image, for 21 South. They also go out their way, to show appreciation to the residents, for every holiday. To be honest, I wasnt sure that I would grow to feel this positive, about the management, after a couple of mishaps in the past. Thankfully, the ladies in the office, have shown professionalism, generosity and kindness, to me and my Autistic son, who enjoys every visit to the office!

At first everything seemed really good, application was approved within 48-72 hours. Then the same day that I came to pay the deposit , Im being told Im in fact not approved , and there are no units with the amenities I requested when I applied. Ive already given my complex a notice and now have nowhere else to go. This is really sad to hear they wont even consider working with me unless under their circumstances! To be told two different things in the matter one one day is absolutely ridiculous. And like I said they arent even willing to fix the mistake!!! So excited to move ; just to be let down in the same day. I dont know how people can be in the same place saying two different things. Really wish they would fix it or do more on their end. Just an apology doesnt fix this type of mistake.
