        This place is so nasty. Treat tenants worst than I would treat my worst enemy. Im not a tenant there but my family member is. The people in the leasing office are extremely unprofessional and should honestly be working at McDonalds- not in a professional setting. This place is a JOKE. Save your money and go somewhere else. Id rather live under a bridge than at this place.

        Absolutely not. Didnt hear back until a week after I applied very unorganized & units are old and need remodeling BADLY. Want to sign for a unit that isnt ready or completed.. also check Reddit for more info somebody recently said ac n fridge was out for months

        Great place to live . Management is incredibly kind and helpful. Maintenence is always completed in a timely manner. I cannot recommend this place more if you're in the baton rouge area

      Allison - the associated parties have discussed these matters with Charmaine in person, though we will reiterate our conversation here for those concerned about the details presented. We are in the midst of dealing with a lease violation that was alleged harassment, despite our lease agreement clearly stating the situation. The violation was not the result of storm activity and was discussed more than enough times before a violation ensured. We care greatly about this community and do not take part in harassing any individuals despite the claims made here. As you are not a resident here and we have never spoken about this situation with you, we ask that you please inquire within should you wish to have more clarity on our procedures. We cannot locate a Heather H. as a resident or applicant, and kindly ask that you call to speak with our AGM Nadia this week or next (whenever is best for you) about your concerns here. We're unsure of what specifically this is in reference to, and would love to review our safety measures and protocol with you in depth.
