First-class place. Fast-responding staff take care of tenants. Even small problems - such as my slightly slow-draining tub - are cleared up quickly and without interruption to my life. The parking garage is clean and easy to enter and leave, with plenty of parking on the second level. (Take the garage stairs; the elevator is old, stuffy and not be trusted.).
Nicely situated near the river with so much to do in the area, including a theater and the wonderful library on the next block. Need your nails done; just walk down to the first floor.
Also, very quiet tenants with thick walls to keep noise at almost zero.

Beautiful well secured place , especially for females who live alone. Right in the middle of the arts district will never not find anything to do!
