Would give them a 0 if I could. Believe nothing that anybody who works here tells you. The products they sale all have hidden damages they don't tell you about and if you think they will back up any warranty work, think again. This place should not even be allowed to sale anything much less somewhere people live and call their homes.
In regards to not working with manufacturer. The manufacturer has sent 4 different crews to make repairs most recent being Thanksgiving holidays , at which point the warranty has expired, parts I have been told were ordered from when I bought this home still have not been installed or replaced, the work still isn't competed, there are still bowed studs in walls, and this doesn't take in consideration what got tore up or damaged. The crew was more concerned on getting back home to go hunt than to finish what was started. I have multiple emails with chris from Hamilton home builders, which is no better on just being honest. I've filed complaints with BBB and now that I'm aware of fire Marshal I assure you I am doing that paperwork now. Sad thing is it's not just the unit I bought but multiple units on your lot that have major cracks in ceilings, walls, countertops and more. This is just the type of business and product you sale. Why would I believe the home would be fixed if you couldn't fix it while it sat on your lot with these issues. The experience was bad because of the business not me failing to work with repairman.
