I haven’t ordered my home yet, but I plan on it. Corey Bolton, Terry Goynes, Jeremy & Jr have gone far & beyond what most people would do to insure that the mfg home can even be moved to my property before purchase, all their time & efforts before I have even signed any contract has been amazing. They have been such blessings. Terry has done such a good job on helping me makes changes to make the home more suitable for our needs. I was told it would be at least 8 months to a year as all of mfg are backed up, so I wouldn’t think it was going to be a quick turn around. I can’t wait to get this home ordered. The good lord has all the credit for placing the right people in you life.

Horrible customer service and fulfillment. My parents lost their house to Hurricane Laura. They signed a contract with Bolton homes in October 2020. It's been a year since they lost their house and they still haven't gotten their new home! This is pathetic...

Friendly staff that treats you like family. They are the go to place for manufactured homes.
