Well after waiting over 1 year to get the house put in place. Now have waited over a year for the warranty work to be completed. Still have cracks in the ceiling and gaps in the floor tiles done by the factory. Build your own home before buying here. You will be happier.

We visited with them on 2 different occasions and should we decide to purchase from it will be from Bolton, when you walk into their units it feels much more than a manufactured home, it feels like a real home.. go visit the locations down the road from there walking in there trailers and then go back to Bolton and look at their manufactured homes major difference, friendly people, very knowledgeable about their products. Give boltons a shot
