        This place is a joke. The business hours say they are open between 10am and 8pm Monday thru Saturday, but anytime I've stopped by here during the week between noon and 230 it's always locked and no ones here. It's 230 now and I've been waiting for someone to get here since 115 UPDATE: It's now 3pm and no one has arrived yet. If you're gonna close your store when your hours say you're open, have the decency to put a sign on your door to let people know.

        The only UPS drop-off location that doesn't provide printed drop-off receipts. In the past, they would offer to text you a receipt . . . if you pressed them. On my last drop-off, the young lady behind the counter said their systems stopped doing that and they don't know why. Her attitude seemed to imply that wasn't going to be a priority for their business. She also laughed loudly the whole time she spoke. I let her know nothing was funny about any of it and the standard business practice was to give a customer a receipt when requested. No receipt. Then my package wasn't picked up (delayed or hidden somewhere) despite the days listed as pick up days. Shady place to begin with. Dismissive attitudes on every experience. I won't be using this UPS drop off location again.
