      image Today at this UPS location, I have been incredibly productive! I took care of fingerprinting, color copying, printing, and mailing, all in one go. I must mention how fantastic Caddice was; she provided superb assistance with a friendly attitude.
      One area for improvement is ensuring an adequate supply of ink for fingerprinting. Currently, the ink is running low, as evidenced by the much darker sample fingerprint on the hard card they showed us. I feel like I will need to have my fingerprint taken again.

      Thank you for your feedback. Just to put your concerns at ease, we do a numerous fingerprints throughout the year. The sample form we show customers is darker just to make it visually easier. The sample is also laminated giving it a shinier look. When doing the actual fingerprinting, the prints will look more gray than black. We always stand by our services and if you do encounter any issues, which I don't believe will occur, please come visit us and we will remedy the issue free of charge.       I tried to reach out to talk to you guys and no answer. I was told by Ben W. that he trashed my son DJ Mixer Board 2 days ago. I even went to store 3 days ago and was told they could not find it..I only went to corporate because I was told it was out of yours and that you guys was doing me a favor. When I insuraned my package with this store and this store repackaged it...
      In October 2023 from this store ( Plainview Hurstbourne) I shipped a DJ Mixer Board with insurance it was damaged my mixer board was thrown in trash and as of today 3/25/24 . I never received a check that this store (Ben soon to be owner ) claim he received a email that a check was mailed out on Jan. 29 2024...This has caused me so much pain and suffering and has cost my son to loose business. Shipper BEWARE OF THIS STore.

      ******* UPDATE: Carmen, you emailed me yesterday afternoon. I have responded to it so I am unsure why you say no one has answered you. Thank you for advising me that you have picked up the DJ Mixer Board. *******We appreciate your feedback and would like to correct a few things regarding your review as we are a locally owned franchised business and not UPS. Ben did everything he could to help you in addressing the matter of your damaged item. Instead of contacting us to manage the claim, it was reported directly to UPS. Because of this the only information we have available is that UPS approved your claim on January 29, 2024 and will issue you a check directly. You also allege that your item was thrown away, which is not true as it is at the store and available for you to pick up, which you have refused to do as of this response date. We suggest you follow up with UPS regarding the lost check as we can only provide you the information that your claim was approved and UPS sent you a check. We also suggest you come by the store to pick up your item. We will hold it for you for the next 90 (ninety) days.
