UPS Access Point location

I accidentally had a package delivered to the UPS access point rather than my home address. So, I guess I made a mistake. And when I went to the store to try to correct this mistake, the manager was terrible. He made it perfectly clear to me that my package was not in his store it would never be delivered to his store, USPS never delivers to his store. I asked him three times if he would not mind just checking around to see if maybe if some thing had been delivered and miss placed because it was random and the receiver didnt know what to do with it. However, he refused. He insisted that he knew for a fact that my package was not in his store, he refused to even look amazingly enough. I went to the post office the post office informed me that the package has been delivered to that CVS location, I returned to the CVS location and amazingly for some reason the lazy manager who couldnt be bothered to look at the first time I was there did find my package. So I made three trips because your employee was arrogant had no sense of Customer Service and absolutely no desire to help me solve my problem. The saddest piece of this terrible puzzle is that my package was actually in his store he just refused to look for it.

I have always been able to get in and out quickly at this location. The traffic is sometimes horrific to get here but I've never had an issue with this location.
