Being out of towners I ended up having to get MAJOR help! Thank God they were right around the corner

I loved my room. It exceeded my expectations in some ways. The television was larger than I expected and there was also a refrigerator. Location was great. Close to Main street, the River and many restaurants, along with the convention center. It was close to a hospital so there are sirens, of course. Parking was $15 a day. Fenced in, which added a little security. The clock was about a half hour too fast. Only staff can adjust it. Notified them upon check out. Our room didn't have a safe. I was surprised by that as that was the first time I ever experienced it. The one side of the bed was lacking an outlet for my phone to charge overnight but we just moved a lamp to the bedside to fix it. The heater/AC was super quiet, which was a bit disappointing as I was planning on using it to block out noise. Just used a white noise app on our phone instead. Bathroom was huge with lots of counter space! I loved it. Water pressure and heat was great. They had large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel! Extra bedding was provided in the closet. A good selection for breakfast along with a selection of snacks and beverages I lobby shop. Lots of lounge areas on lobby floor. There's even a small bar (open 6-10 if I remember correctly). Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Rooms: Great room. King bed was super comfortable. Safety: I felt safe in the area. There are some homeless people around, but that's pretty much any downtown area. Walkability: Close to Main street and the River
