It's a good hotel, but the best part is that I had finished reading my book and the person working the desk and the (I'm assuming) manager looked all over to find me a book to take to dinner. I really appreciate them doing that.

Our hotel stay was great! The check in time is a hard 3pm but we were able to park early and walk around downtown. Its perfectly located the only thing is that there are some homeless people nearby (not on property) but they didnt bother us. The room was clean and stocked. The staff was nice. Breakfast was well stocked. Coffee was probably the best hotel coffee Ive had. Overall would stay here again

Stayed for 11 nights. Service is undependable. I only requested a room cleaning every other day. However, this was too much for the hotel to handle. On a day expected a cleaning, I came to the room at 2:30 in the afternoon, and the room was not cleaned. So I made a phone call to make sure the room would be cleaned before days end. I returned to the room after 8 pm. The room was still not cleaned. I will never stay in this hotel again.
