        Mercy is a great provider of professional care. Communication is prompt and courteous. I highly recommend Mercy for senior care and transportation accommodations. Their pricing is very reasonable and competitive.

        So, how do I give Mercy Works Louisville10 Stars? After quickly running through three (3) Caregiver Agencies with completely unsatisfactory substandard service, BTW all of those happened to be franchise operations, for home custodial care my wife Gerri we were so fortunate to meet Jeff & Brigid, the local owner operators of Mercy Works Louisville. Then for the next full ten years until her death this August they and their outstanding Caregivers helped my Gerri, sadly stricken with aggressive Multiple Sclerosis (MS), seven days a week with true companionship and all the activities of daily living. I am convinced the dramatic improvements in Gerri's daily quality of life delivered by her consistent & kind Caregivers brought her joy and surely lengthened her life.
