Been a Verizon customer for 13 years and am now actually searching for a different carrier. I broke my phone on 5/31 and went into this store for assistance. I was helped by Terrance and let me say the experience was terrible. Once he found that I had declined the device protection I was treated like less than a customer. This store used to be great it was my preferred store but now I will never return. The employees are unprofessional and not helpful at all. I had more than enough money to purchase a new phone but after that experience I bought a phone unlocked from Best buy and am rethinking my deal with Verizon altogether.

Verizon was once at the top of the cell phone chain, but lately, the phone service and counter service are very disappointing. The staff at the stores are unhelpful and lack knowledge of how to service or troubleshoot issues. The phone service itself has decreased in places where a signal was once available, and calls are being dropped. The premium service that we are paying for is no longer valid. We have been with Verizon for 20 years, and are now so unsatisfied that we are considering moving to another company. I do love the HUM car assistant. It is very useful and does what it's supposed to do, including maintenance reminders, setting boundaries, alerts to any issues, and tracking where the car is in real-time.
